Guess that's for a reason. The tech guy, Mike, rocked up right on time. You know how rare that is? Super polite and clearly knew his stuff. He took a look at my old furnace, quickly figured out what was off, and fixed it up in no time. These guys really know furnace repair. Friendly banter along the way. And they didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need, which, let's face it, happens too often. Prices were fair too.
